Requirements for Participation
To participate in any practices, tryouts, or competitions, student-athletes must complete all of the following:
Current Physical on File
- Sports physicals must be dated April 1, 2024 or later to be valid for the 2025–26 school year. Physicals are valid for two school years.
- Upload the completed physical form directly into your athlete’s Bound account.
- If you still need a physical, please download the WIAA Physical Form – be sure the Medical Eligibility Form (Page 1) is signed and dated by your healthcare provider.
Complete Online Registration through Bound
Both the student and a parent/guardian must electronically sign all required forms during registration.
Athletic Office Clearance
After registration and physical upload, our athletic staff will review submissions and clear the athlete to participate. Head Coaches will be notified who is cleared for participation.
Athletes may not begin tryouts or practice until clearance is complete.
New This Year – Athletic Fee Payment in Bound
Athletic participation fees will now be paid directly through Bound. You will be prompted to submit payment as part of the registration process.
Payment Options:
- Pay securely in Bound using a credit card.
- Or bring cash/check to the school bookkeeper. Click pay with cash/check in Bound and finish your registration.
Other Reminders:
Payment Deadline: Athletic participation fees must be paid prior to the first contest of the season.
If a student decides against participating in a sport in which the fee has already been paid, a refund or partial refund will be issued as long as the coach has been notified and the student has not competed.
Fee Waivers: Students who qualify for 2025–26 Free/Reduced Lunch may be eligible for full or partial fee waivers. An additional form must be submitted annually. For more information, contact Karen Wiese in School Nutrition at [email protected].
Family Maximum: There is a $465 family maximum per school year for athletics and activity fees. If you believe your household has reached this amount: Select "Pay with Check/Cash” in Bound. Contact our Bookkeeper at [email protected] before submitting payment, as the Bound system does not accept partial payments.
